update runtime code

1. 移除了InitializeParameters.LocationToLower参数
2. 资源收集界面增加了LocationToLower选项
3. 资源收集界面增加了IncludeAssetGUID选项
4. 资源清单版本升级了
5. 新增了ResourcePackage.GetAssetInfoByGUID()方法
