超时不再以‘指定时间内未接收到任何数据’为判定条件,而是以‘指定时间内未完成整个下载任务’为判定条件。

- 重构了核心代码的下载逻辑,解决了同步加载触发的下载任务没有完成的问题。
- 扩展工程里新增了PreprocessBuildCatalog类用于处理在构建应用程序前自动生成内置资源目录文件。
- (#592) 优化了资源清单逻辑里不必要产生的GC逻辑。

- (#590) 修复了TryUnloadUnusedAsset方法在依赖嵌套层数过深导致没有卸载的问题。
